From day one, Wheelhouse knew this client needed to make a statement. Hundreds of luxury tower offerings had flooded the area in the past few years, and AKAI needed to be immediately recognized as different and one of a kind. It started with the brand strategy and naming and then progressed to visual identity, sales materials, print collateral, marketing planning, and web design and development. The story throughout established the rare and special opportunity offered by this quiet oasis of multi-acre, sleek, thoroughly modern home sites.
